We've add a satellite layer to the cemetery search results map, that can easily be toggled on and off. There are now load indicators for the cemetery and memorial images as they are loading. Additional stability and bug fixes.

This is a bug fix release. This fixes a crash when viewing cemeteries that don't have GPS data. As well as a fix that keeps you from using the new search dashboard when you have location services turned off.
